From 2020 to 2023, BCS was the program manager for the development of a new master plan at Stillman College. BCS helped organize federal grant proposals on behalf of Stillman to fund new projects. BCS also developed scopes of work for facility improvements, provided cost estimates, coordinated with local, state, and federal leaders on behalf of the College. BCS identified professional consultants and recommended selections via the RFP process. BCS provided relevant subject matter to the Board of Trustees, campus administration, and the president of Stillman College.
